Returns Process

We accept returns up to 14 days after your order has been delivered. You must email us to report the return and get approval prior to sending the item back.

What to include in your return email:

  • Reason for return 
  • Acknowledgement of our return policy

Buyers are responsible for all shipping cost. In certain cases we do cover your return shipping label, please see more information HERE

You must return your items in the original packaging.  Also, free of any odor, damage, scuffs, markings, scratches, the sole of the shoe must be clean and never worn.


Final Sale Items
Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Any subscriptions are considered final sale.


Damaged Items

Damage must be reported within 48hrs of delivery. We will then assess the situation and provide a resolution.




We offer store credit only. Upon acceptance of your return, you will receive a code that you will be able to use on any items website wide at anytime. Your store credit will equal to the amount of your order minus any shipping cost. We do not issue any refunds.


Right to Decline

We reserve the right to decline any returns we do not see fit with our returns procedures and policies. If declined, you will need to submit the shipping cost to receive the items back.


Pop Up Shops

We participate in local pop up shops occasionally. This gives you a chance to try on shoes before you buy them. All in-person sales are final.
